    Job Description: Provide Test and Evaluation and cybersecurity testing support to various Navy systems.

    Education: B.S. in Computer Engineering/Information Systems related or other relevant field (Preferred)

    Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the following:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with test and evaluation of computer systems.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with test planning, coordination, and conduct, the analysis of acquired data, and the documentation and presentation of the results.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with conducting cybersecurity testing, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and ethical hacking at the subsystem, system, and system of systems level.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct tests of systems to evaluate compliance with cyber-security specifications and requirements.
  • Perform test and evaluation of systems in their actual or simulated operational environments to determine effectiveness of cyber-security controls.
  • Support efforts for DT&E, OT&E, or EQT.
  • Develop and conduct systematic technical assessments of systems by manual and automated methods.
  • Develop cyber-security test plans, procedures, and processes to support cyber-security test and evaluation of systems.

    Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the following:

  • Experience years with design, testing, operation, or maintenance of maritime platform warfare and control systems.
  • Experience with systems engineering, providing requirements analysis, and lifecycle systems design.
  • Minimum 2 years with cyber-security engineering support for maritime platform warfare and control systems.
  • Minimum 2 years with hardware design and development in support of cyber-security solutions.
  • Experience with DoD Acquisition Process and Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process.
  • Experience with development of Certification and Accreditation packages
  • Experience with cyber-security vulnerability analysis and implementation of cyber-security controls.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide systems engineering services that focus on cyber-security domain to ensure systems are designed and deployed using cyber-security guidance, policy, and best practices.
  • Assist with development of Program Protection Plans.
  • Identify, design, and develop cyber-security methodologies and engineering efforts utilizing scientific methods to fill capability gaps within the cyber-security discipline.
  • Document cyber-security functional and performance requirements in systems engineering documents.
  • Analyze system-level requirements to ensure cyber-security controls and requirements are included.
  • Clearance Level: Secret Eligible
